Memorial Day Weekend Kayaking on Yellowstone Lake

On Saturday, May 28, 2016, a group of Madison Area Outdoor Group members joined me for a pleasant day on Yellowstone Lake at Yellowstone Lake Park near Blanchardville, Wisconsin. We paddled 5.34 total miles over the course of 3 hours and 15 minutes. When not sheltered by the southern shore, it was pretty windy and a bit choppy. We saw some turtles and chatted up a few fishermen along the way.
