April 21, 2016 Paddle on Cherokee Marsh

My friend Scott and I went out for a paddle to test out our new boats on April 21, 2016. We put in at the School Road launch on Cherokee Marsh around 6:15am and paddled until about 10am. We ended up paddling up into the Yahara River and Token Creek until we turned around. It turned out to be a peaceful and pleasant morning. The only interruption was the three F-16s and two Blackhawk helicopters that flew overhead. I was testing out my new Emotion Stealth Angler 11 fishing sit on top kayak.
